Old, beautiful 3-family house. In the centre of Mergozzo, in the heart of the city, 100 m from the lake. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Public parking 300 m. Grocery, restaurant, bar, bakery 100 m, bus stop 160 m, railway station "Mergozzo" 700 m. Golf course (18 hole) 6 km. Nearby attractions: Verbania 10 km, Baveno 10 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Maggiore 7 km, Orta 12 km. Hiking paths: Bracchio - Alpe Vercio. Please note: car recommended. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. In front of the house there is a church with bells. "Bac 2", 2-room apartment 40 m2 on 1st floor. Comfortable and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with 1 sofabed (140 cm), TV. 1 double bedroom. Kitchenette (2 induction hot plates, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/bidet/WC.
