B and B conveniently located across the road from main entrance of Univ Aberdeen. Could walk to city center (20 min) or to the Aberdeen Exhibition and Coference Centre (30 min), but there are frequent bus services both ways. The landlady and landlord are very nice.Hearty breakfast.Well equiped room with bathroom.Highly recommended!

Location is average. One Bus to/from town The air conditioning in the room does not work. I had to open my windows for ventilation. Overall it’s passable, especially if you won’t be staying for a long time.

Great place to stay and cheap a bit noise but everything else is good

The location was excellent, and the reception staff were very friendly. However, they unfortunately forgot to provide towels for the room, and despite requesting them, they weren't delivered; it was only for one night, so it was manageable.
