離機場、火車站都5公里左右。應該位於一個新的CBD，周圍有餐廳、KFC。很方便。2025年新開業的，設施新。我們是塔什干-布哈拉-撒馬爾罕-塔什干，所以回來又住了一晚。就知道有多滿意了。床品、吹風機、儲物櫃，一看就用料紮實。裝修也是工業風，洗澡間和衞生間分開，好評。女生洗澡間有洗髮水、護髮素、沐浴露、護膚露。是不是很齊全？

Благодарна за то, что дождались нас среди ночи после задержки рейса. Чисто, комфортно, близко к аэропорту. Хотелось бы, чтобы по указанному номеру телефона владельцы всё же поддерживали связь с клиентами, через чат Трипкомпа тоже не отвечали; пришлось просить оператора поддержки связываться с хозяевами и предупрнждать о времени позднего заезда. Не хватало штор на окнах, после восхода солнца спать сложно из-за света, проникающего из-за жалюзи, которые почему-то не закрывают окно целиком, но и не опускаются. Также окно не открывается, проветрить комнату невозможно.

Finding the hotel was challenging. Took me circumvate the entire train station twice when I finally called them for direction. Imagine the station is huge & with my luggages & crossing the security twice, even the security were clueless. The front desk lady was sweet & nice to walk out & directed me. That was a huge help. I think they should place clear signages. Check-In process was a nightmare. They couldn’t confirmed my booking even though I have shown the confirmed voucher online. After much deliberation they accepted my booking. Next come the payment. None of my cards was accepted even though i have been using them throughout my 2 weeks travel in Uzbekistan. They would not allow me to check in until full payment was made. Since I only have USD, they insist that I change at the nearest bank. A nice consolation was that a young front desk staff willingly to walk me to the hotel. All these took me around 2 stressful hours walking in & out & around. The hostel is very new. Super huge room, again brand new. Super clean. But I don’t understand why not a single basic amenities was provided; body soap or shampoo. The front desk however promptly provided upon request the following day. I believe most who stayed usually 1-night. The location was almost perfect, if only the hotel guests don’t need to keep going through the security scanning every each time both going in & out. Imagine I’m staying 3 nights. My advice please ensure you have local SOM for payment in case your card is not accepted. The hotel is on the left end of the station (if you exit from the train looking towards the building station) it’s better that you call them once you feel lost as the assist you the direction. Just be mindful that you need to go through the security scan every each time you enter & exit. However, if someone planning a train connection to other cities, this is 100% spot on recommended. I would like to commend on the front staff lady, Dildora for her professionalism & calm demeanour. Thank you.

這是一家剛開業的新酒店，所以有點亂，但是很乾淨，超級近，而且很友好。我去的時候是新飯店，所以電話還沒插，也沒有冰箱，所以我想可能已經準備好了。 任何缺點都可以用友好的態度來彌補。 我很高興看到浴袍是全新的，甚至還沒有脫下來。窗前有一個垃圾袋，並沒有什麼味道，但當我出於沮喪而要求他清理時，他很友善地做了，並且願意工作和提供幫助。 走廊非常吵鬧，所以二樓最適合想要安靜的個人或情侶，一樓更適合想要閒逛的朋友。 空調很好，沒有異味。 有一個額外的空間，例如院子，可以用作停車場，但最好在遠離建築物的地方建立一個單獨的吸煙區，這樣香煙煙霧就不會進入室內。

第二天去撒馬爾罕的火車很早,所以我在塔什干車站附近尋找它。 到塔什干站要快15分鐘左右。 酒店本身是最低要求的設施,但打掃得很好,我能夠度過一個舒適的時光。 當我支付旅遊稅時,我只帶了一張大鈔票,無法當場找零,但是我在結帳時收到了正確的退款。 早餐比我預期的要多。 煎雞蛋,香腸(魚肉?)和土豆溫暖可口 工作人員也很友善。 我很高興能夠以合理的價格入住。

The hotel is clean, very good reachable with taxi and not far away from the airport. Currently it is under renovations so one part is ”old” but the new part looks decent.
