This space is perfect for a long weekend getaway or a long-term stay in the SLC area (it’s about 15 minutes from the SLC airport and 15-20 minutes outside of downtown SLC). It includes the full house (minus the basement apartment), parking in the 2-car garage, and the fully fenced backyard with YOUR OWN PRIVATE HOT TUB.It has self-check-in option for your privacy.The space is the upstairs three bedrooms with a large family room, large loft with game table and activities, and the kitchen is well-stocked with the necessities (dinnerware, silverware, cups, pots and pans, a blender, salt, pepper, and oil).Full sized washer and dryer is included.One bedroom has 1 king bed and a portable crib with an attached full bathroom. Another bedroom has a set of 3 single bunk bed and the third bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The second full bathroom enters from the main hallway.The loft has two full-sized sofa beds. The loft/second living room, living room, and master bedroom all have brand new smart TVs so you can access your streaming accounts.Children's toys, games, puzzles, and books are provided in the loft closet to help keep those little hands and minds entertained :)You will have full access to the fully fenced, grassy back yard with your own private hot tub on the deck.Guest access:As for parking, please only park in the 2-car garage or in front of the garage. Allow room for the basement renters to access the west driveway. The house is located at the beginning of a narrow cult de sac and doesn't allow for good street parking. Please only park in the driveway or in the garage. You will be contacted to move any vehicles that are parked on the street.Other things to note:This bright and Cozy home is located in perfect spot of West Jordan. It is in walking distance to the grocery store, fast food, dinning & (Trax) the light rail public transit. This beautiful basement apartment has a seperate entrance on the west side of the house for your privacy which is right in front of where you park for easy & close access.The suite includes a private full bathroom, washer/Dryer, a full kitchen with full fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and all of your kitchen needs.The family room & master bedroom have new smart TVs so you could access your streaming accounts.The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, desk, and new smart TV. There is a large walk-in closet in the master bedroom where extra blankets, pillows, and a porta crib are stored. The master bed room has a private entrance to the bathroom (Jack & Jill door). The second bedroom has one queen and a bunk bed.Children toys and board games are stored in the family room cabinet for extra fun!Guest Access:You will have access to parking your vehicle(s) on the west side of the garage. If you have 2 cars please park back to back. Allow room for the upstairs guests to access the driveway. Please do not park on the street.
