Each bedroom has 2 queen beds with private bathrooms, both equipped with hair dryers. Central heating and air and laundry area has stackable washer and dryer. Enjoy the outdoors with two sets of new sliding glass doors that open to a wrap-around patio for outside seating to enjoy the coastal wildlife and numerous sea birds that visit the area. This traditional 4 Bedroom and 2 1/2 Bath cottage is warm and inviting and it offers additional features including: cathedral ceiling in the open concept living and kitchen space, five televisions, high-speed wireless internet. You will enjoy the renovated cobalt blue kitchen and all it has to offer including granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. We have Kuerig and a Mr. Coffee drip style coffee makers available. From the kitchen and living room, you have direct vistas of the Atlantic Ocean. There isn’t a bad view from the oceanfront home. The kitchen has a large open island that is suitable for dining and is lined with 4 to 5 bar stools. Additionally, the dining space has a table large enough for the entire family to gather around and enjoy your meals together. The dining table seats eight people.Stainless gas grill along side of our charcoal grill so you can create nice family dinners without going out. Take care a long walk or bike rides to the Kindred Spirit Mail Box 1.4 miles from beach access end of West Main. This mysterious mailbox is the inspiration behind Nicholas Sparks' latest novel Every Breath. Sunset Beach and the Kindred Spirit Mailbox is featured heavily in the novel. Each side of the home is flanked with two bedrooms and 1 bathroom for a total of 4 bedrooms and 2 baths plus a common ½ bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have ocean views with King Size beds. The remaining two bedrooms have two twin beds each and are located on the backside of the house, on the street side. All beds will be made with fresh linens and bath towel sets for a total of 8 guests upon arrival. Don’t forget to pack your beach towels! You are also equipped with a starter kit of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap and dish detergent. The washer and dryer are located on the ground level of the home but are easily accessed. On the ocean side and street side, the home is anchored with covered porches. On the Oceanside of the home you will be able to relax in the covered porch overlooking the ocean or step out onto the sundeck with built-in benches and take in the warm sun. The Oceanside porch features a picnic table and an enclosed outside shower for outdoor island living. The “Escape” is located just two houses away from the beach access which is located near 14th Street.
