Fully furnished and fully equipped with stacked washer/dryer, ice maker, microwave, garbage disposal, dishwasher, regular drip 12 cup coffee maker, toaster and blender. Dish service for 10. Dining room table seats 8. Three bar stools at the kitchen counter. Iron and ironing board are available for renters to use as well.Primary bedroom has king size bed, two walk in closets with private bathroom that has two sinks and large shower. Second bedroom has queen bed with large closet. Third bedroom has 2 twin beds and also has a large closet. Each bedroom has its own smart flat screen television. Hall bathroom has a shower/tub combo.Pets permitted for additional cleaning fee but there is no smoking or vaping in the condo. Enjoy the gym, indoor or outdoor pool, brand new pickleball courts and common grill area when you stay. Also make sure you check out the executive golf course, driving range, par three, disc golf and mini-golf and then enjoy an ice cream at Runaway Bay after the game. The par three is lighted at night. Points cards are available, while they last, for use on most of these activities. Welcome to PeachLife in Garden City, SC. The home is handicap accessible and has 5 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms. One of which is a separate in-law suite with its own kitchen bath and living space inside the home(accessible only from inside the home). There is plenty of room in each room of the house for big families. We have enough room to sleep 14 with room for air mattresses. PeachLife is pet friendly and the big backyard is fenced. We just ask that you clean up any pet mess from inside and the yard and crate them if left alone, if they are chewers, etc...and try to keep off furniture and beds. We provide all sheets and pillows. As well as all bath towels. We do not provide beach towels. This is our old family home that we would like to share with your family. PeachLife is an 8-minute walk or 2-minute golf cart ride(rented nearby) to the ocean. Garden City is located in the heart of the Grand Strand just minutes from shows, food, and fun.
