I was excited to stay at Arte Plus Ampang because I read about other reviews can use the other facilities there like the spa pool etc, when I arrived only to realised we are not allowed to use other facilities.
Also it's 1 lift per unit, but when we arrived the same day, the lift was under maintenance until the last day we stayed there. We don't even know how to exit the building, and figured out to use bomba lift, that was the only inconvenience. Finally 1 day bomba lift also ko, and my husband had to run downstairs using the stairs, then met a guard downstairs and he used another unit's lift to send us back to our unit.
Overall the unit is up to expectations, just that to enter the unit from car park, need to change lift.

這是我過去幾天去的,2020年我在這家酒店入住,當時很棒,乾淨,所有共同財產狀況良好,但在2023年,所有的人都改變了我對這家酒店的看法,好吧浴室,好的空調狀態,但房間裏很少有,如果你想留在這裏,帶上自己的殺蟲劑來殺死那些,我甚至不想在牀底下尋找更多的“調查”,電梯幾乎處於垂死狀態
