Supermarket 1 km, restaurant, bar, café 500 m, bus stop 200 m, outdoor swimming pool 250 m. Tennis 350 m. Nearby attractions: Luino 14 km, Lugano 14 km. "Casina al Lago", 2-room apartment 40 m2 on 2nd floor. Renovated in 2024, practical and modern furnishings: 1 room with 1 sofabed (length 180 cm), 1 double bed, TV and fan. Kitchen in the entrance (mini-oven, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/bidet/WC. Gas heating. Heating available only from 01.10. to 30.04. Small balcony. Balcony furniture. Facilities: washing machine, safe, iron, hair dryer. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.
