南堤旅館

This was our 4th time at the south causey and still as lovely as the 1st time. Me and my husband try to come for special occasions as it can be a little pricey depending on what you are wanting however well worth the money in our eyes but this year we were given a voucher for Xmas for the courtyard room which we redeemed for valentines. No matter what room we have had we have loved each one and their own individual deco. From the start of our visit to the end no complaints. All the staff were lovely mention to Libby and Carlos in the bar for their lovely service throughout our afternoon/night. Loving the new layout in the bar area too. Can’t wait to go back closer to the summer where we can go to the outside bar for a drink too. Food was lovely large portions may I add, We even managed to leave our personalised lock on the fence they have created towards the side of the hotel on our departure. Joel, you made the night. Welcoming and treating everyone kindly. This was a birthday celebration in Pod 3. Joel gave a lot of time whilst we decided our meals, popping back for drinks and having a laugh with us too. The food, a large variety all arrived together and it was very tasty, nothing wasted at all! Food cooked very well, the presentation of the pod was excellent, lovely decorations and styling and relatively warm considering it's January! If you can, book a pod, make it an evening (or night) worth remembering. And ask for Joel, he's great!

We had an amazing meal here tonight, the staff are all lovely, very friendly and attentive. Food was really nice, big portions. The atmosphere in the restaurant is lovely, good music and cozy environment. The price is very good value for the amount of good quality food that is served. It’s all fresh home cooked food which is nice to see.

Lovely atmosphere, meal was amazing . Service was amazing as usual . Friendly & polite staff. One of the reason we keep returning . All my family come back time & again . Me & my husband even renewed our vows here so will always have a special place in my heart

Afternoon tea for The Town Mayor Awards certainly didn’t disappoint. Tea and coffee flowed freely and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and attentive. Food was delicious but the quantity was huge. Thankfully they handed out takeaway boxes so it can be finished at home later. The cheese tarts were served warm, we had fruit and cheese scones and well as many sandwiches and cakes. Such a beautiful setting in one of the pods outside too. Heated beautifully even though it was cold outside.

Another fab night at South Causey for my great great niece’s 15 th birthday.. 16 of us and every thing was perfect ! Big shout out to Erin she was amazing ! Food was amazing as always . The pizza’s were fab!! The staff were brilliant ! Cannot recommend it enough!
