Property is a little hidden off Hwy 59 and my GPS took us past the entrance before it said we were at destination and nothing was there.Need signage closer to Hwy 59.Also,this was at night,making it hard to see.
Other than that,the property is good and staff is very helpful. This was a good place to stay for our visit. Our room was clean and ready for us.

The lady at the front desk upon check in needs training in her tone. At times she would be kind but then seemed irritated with everyone in line. They were running late getting rooms ready as there were only 2 people cleaning. That is understandable but when the customer ahead of me asked more about that she got super irritated. An "I'm really sorry" would have gone a long way. Then in the room the furniture was stained and gross. I will not stay here again.
The ladies at the front desk the next morning were really sweet!

Worst experience ever in 40 years of business and personal travel and would give them negative stars if it was an option. Check in process took much longer than it should have and included 3 separate trips to the room before we were able to enter and included keys to the wrong room where we unfortunately walked in on another guest. Overall things seemed dirty and when we finally entered our room there was a dead cockroach in the middle of the floor. Within 2 minutes we saw multiple roaches scurrying around...who knows how many more were in the room. We promptly decided to make other arrangements. Poor service, dirty and our room was full of roaches was bad enough but then even with help from *******, the hotel is standing firm on their no refund policy and doesn't allow for any exceptions. We will never stay at a Comfort Suites again.

This hotel needs a whole makeover. We had two different rooms and they both smelled like mold. The sheets smelled like they were mildewed. The breakfast buffet was inedible. We were very disappointed.

Looks nice but….
The staff was wonderful, very welcoming. The room looked clean but we found dorito wrappers and sugar wrappers behind the nightstand along with roaches crawling on the outside of our door to the room. The floor was sticky as well. The hotel looks great overall, but the rooms need more attention. Our room didn’t even look like it had been cleaned and it was super late and we were tired so slept a little bit and left super early.
