純品康納球場凱藝套房飯店(Quality Inn & Suites at Tropicana Field)

The bed made me itch the 4 hrs I stayed there. I also found what looked liked bed bug remains on all 4 upper sides of the bathroom ceiling. I informed the hotel mamnament at 5:30 am just as I was getting out of there as fast as I could.

Worst customer service on both ends, from Trip.com to the hotel supervisor. If you want real reviews, hit the Google ones. Cleanliness and security take a back seat while the staff gives you nothing but snark, smarm, and attitude. Won't book with either again.

Es una cochinada la piscina verde de sucia el baño de la habitación le tire fotos super sucio no dan desayuno es mentira lo que ponen son tres días nada qué ponen desayuno y esta lleno de cucaracha no sirve para nada

This is not a kid/family friendly place to stay. We checked in with the front desk who was very nice. As we walked to our rooms, we noticed a man stumbling while smoking in front of us. Our room smelled of stale cigarettes. Even though we asked for non smoking room. The bathroom looked like it had black mold on the ceiling. We had a window facing the side of the hotel so we opened the curtain to let some light in and saw two to three people dumpster diving. The floors in our room were sticky. We left our luggage because we had to go to an event but we noticed the parking lot had hair weaves and a used condom next to where we parked. When we got back to the room around 8pm, the only elevator had a woman caressing or petting it so we took stairs up to the second floor. There was another man standing down the hall staggering around walking towards our children and making rude vulgar drunk comments out loud. We didn’t feel safe at all so we found another place and left immediately.

Dårlig renhold, ekstremt bråkete air condition og ingen lys som fungerte. Anbefales ikke!

No hubo desayuno, la habitación estaba sucia. Na salida suficiente agua en la regadera

Le spa est fermé , chambres de bain très usées photos à remettre à jour

room smelled a little musty. wasn’t so clean. had 1 roll of toilet paper for all 5 days. when our toilet was clogged we were handed a plunger to do it ourselves.
