Lendo as avaliações que vi aqui fiquei com medo, mas não tinha como cancelar, pois cobram antes.Porém,não me arrependi. É longe de tudo,verdade,e tem que subirnuma ladeira para chegar aos ônibus. Mas,o hotel está novo,tudo funciona,o café é bom,a TV também e o ar novo.Sem problemas.

Siamo stati 4 giorni ,ma prezzo qualità non ci siamo proprio ,lo possiamo considerare uno ostello ! Non molto pulito bagno vecchio e puzza di fogna Alle 8 di mattin lavori in corso e rumori cn Trapani Buffet immangiabile vecchio,personale non professionale ,!

I the Ambassador hotel with my husband and father for 11 nights this month. When we arrived, earlier than the prescribed check in time, I was advised both of our rooms were ready and there was no issue checking in early. Sophia on the front desk could not have been more lovely, finding a ground floor room for my dad who’s not a fan of stairs (although there is actually a lift). My husband and I were also upgraded to a sea view room. The hotel was exceptionally clean, everywhere, bedroom, bar, pool and all communal areas. Its position on the bay is slightly elevated and outstanding. The views from the restaurant and pool sunbeds are unobstructed over the harbour itself, but at the same time the location is quiet and relaxing. Isabell who works in the restaurant could not have done enough for us, she recommended lots of good places to visit and restaurants to eat. Although, there were several menus to choose from at the hotel, where we ate homemade meals several times during our stay and found the food to be of a very high standard and very reasonably priced. Breakfast was a very cooked fresh each morning and there was a choice of full English, cereals, pastries and fresh fruit. Christian, the hotel and bar manager was so welcoming and friendly, again, he and Zoran could not do enough for us, nothing was too much trouble. One night my dad had forgotten to take any water to his room, when he contacted reception, they said the bar was locked up for the night. 10 minutes later, in the early hours of the morning there was a knock at his door, they’d sent out for water to be delivered. - I’ve never even experienced this level of service in a 5 star hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone, couples and families. We’ll definitely be back 🌟

Les + : présence d’un climatiseur dans la chambre (un + pour cette période), coffre fort et plateau thé/café. Personnel aimable. Petit dej correct (salé/sucré). Piscine propre eau chaude, 1m30 de profondeur, transats à quantité suffisante. Les - : chambre petite, pas de mini frigo, absence de douchette, vu pas top (nous étions dans la chambre 207.

Bella vista dal comodo balcone. Tranquillo , discreto, pulito. Buona cucina. Collazione non per pretenziosi. Piscina rinfrescante utile con acqua salata per diversivo del faticoso scesa al mare. Pecato che lasciano il robo pulitore a delimitanto il spazio per nuoto con il cavo. Personale cortese. Spostarsi ci sono mezzi publici in tutte le direzioni, utili veloci i taxi Bolt. Meglio se vi fatte idee cosa visitare già chiare da casa, qui il personale conosce poco le attività turistiche o culturale.

A hotel for a budget stay at one of Maltas most picturesque bays. The staff are exceptionallly friendly and helpful, making all guests feel at home. Pool is well kept and meticulously clean.Rooms basically accommodating but clean and comfortable. The restaurant offers a satisfying breakfast, whilst for lunch and dinner a pleasant selection of fish and Mediterranean cuisine is available. Ideal for couples wishing to see the Malta sights without costing an arm and a leg. My wife and I will be back to relax hopefully in a room with a Seaview.
