Très joli guesthouse dans un jardin luxuriant, petite piscine à disposition, personnel très agréable, propriétaire très gentil. Chambres confortables (bémol sur l'intimité car les fenêtres donnent sur une terrasse ou les voisins de chambre passent). Petits déjeuner très sympa, copieux et bons. Proximité de toutes les activités, ballades, quais de départ de la croisière accessibles a pied. Les hippopotames se balladent dans la ville à la nuit tombée

Fijn verblijf, centraal gelegen in St. Lucia met een goed ontbijt. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen door de gastvrouw en ook regelmatig een praatje gemaakt met beide eigenaren. Was een mogelijkheid tot een was-service en de overige faciliteiten waren verder prima. Helaas door de poweroutage in Zuid Afrika niet altijd stroom en wifi. Zelfs nijlpaarden gespot voor de ingang op de laatste avond.

Accueil très professionnel et convivial avec toutes les informations de visites. Cadre architectural et romantique. Endroit calme et reposant avec petite piscine. Belle propriété avec chambres confortables et petits déjeuners parfaits. Wifi , climatisation et ventilation , tout fonctionne parfaitement.Une belle adresse.

Magnifique guesthouse, décoré avec beaucoup de goût et chaleureux. L'accueil du propriétaire très agréable, beaucoup de conseil pour circuler dans ce petit village. La chambre très spacieuse, une très belle décoration, tout est parfait. Le petit déjeuner, vraiment délicieux, le personnel est très agréable, beaucoup de délicieux mets, nous avons adoré ce guesthouse très chic. La nuit très calme, la literie hyper confortable. Tout est parfait. Un parking privé.

From the moment Phil answered my email query about accommodation at Santa Lucia, I was pretty sure I’d found something special, and the reality (which we didn’t experience for almost another 12 months) did not disappoint. We stayed at Santa Lucia Guesthouse for almost 2 weeks and during that time we were made to feel like part of the family. Nothing was too much trouble! Phil and Eileen cheerfully and knowledgeably helped us navigate bookings and payment for all the best places to visit, assisting us to plan the most memorable holiday experience ever. Saint Lucia itself is a superb destination, sitting on the edge of the world class iSimangaliso Wetlands, beautiful beaches and close to Hluhluwe-Imfolozi National Park. It really deserves thorough exploration and is a well-run town with friendly locals and plenty to see and do (and eat). We enjoyed wonderful hospitality, fascinating conversation, beautiful original artworks by Eileen and lots of laughter and fun. All without the annoyance of noisy televisions. There was with plenty of space to move and the service was prompt, unobtrusive and top notch. We absolutely loved every moment of our visit. It was truly the stuff dreams and lifelong memories are made of, and we definitely plan to come back! I really couldn’t recommend Saint Lucia or the Santa Lucia Guesthouse more highly and wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Imagine 9 family members coming to stay with you. From the age of 3 to 70 ! We all had so much fun. Phillip and Eileen are great hosts and make you super comfortable. The rooms are large and no clutter so you can see your own bags and travel clothes! Lots of cupboards to hang everything out .Also there was a nice light with mirror to put on your make-up . A hairdryer available . Swimming or going to the beach on probleem towels and a bag to put them in. We rented a two bedroom with a kitchen and sitting room with extra bed ideaal for 5 people. Also a room with connection perfect for a family. The beds are super , it is clean and the breakfast great. It is also safe place to stay. Beautiful garden and if you are lucky as we were - bush babies at night ,hippos roaming the street and in the daytime warthogs. Oh I forgot to mention that Eileen makes the most beautiful paintings you can take back to family /friends. Thanks Eileen and Phillip for a wonderful stay
