Faire l’expérience de séjourner dans une vraie Jelly Beans House. Style! Emplacement parfait. Stationnement facile. Très bon rapport qualité-prix. Procédure claire et simple, à l’arrivée et au départ, pour accéder à notre chambre de façon autonome. Grandes chambres ( nous en avons expérimentées 3 ) très pratiques pour déposer bagages, etc. Petit bémol: lits très hauts, il faut pratiquement y grimper! Grandes salles de bains bien équipées. Non seulement TRÈS gentils (incluant Norm), nos hôtes nous ont assistés rapidement lorsque nécessaire. Frigo dédié pour les clients. Même des petits gâteaux maison étaient offerts à notre retour d’une longue journée de visites: réconfortant!

- Auberge très bien située - Jolie façade - Odeur épouvantable dans le vestibule - Propreté générale passable - Beaucoup de cachet - Belle vue depuis la salle à manger - Prix abordable - Petit déjeuner: il n'y a pas de menu, on vous apporte une assiette sans vous demander préalablement ce que vous voulez; la qualité des aliments est douteuse; ce n'est pas très bon; musique inappropriée pour le matin, trop forte et répétitive. - Chambre: j'avais la Bare Need, au sous-sol; plus jolie en photo qu'en réalité; bruyante (buanderie, rue, etc.); salle de bain attenante avec douche (pas de baignoire); matelas trop mou; toujours fraîche.

Très bien situé et personnel sympathique. Matelas pourrait être plus confortable. Petit déjeuner très simple. Merci beaucoup! Nous recommandons fortement si vous voulez visiter le centre ville de St John's.

Very comfortable, quaint heritage home. Wonderful breakfast served in character, light filled room. Fantastic location: close to harbour, but removed from the noise.

We totally loved the Inn. It’s quaint, clean, close to all amenities. The chef Norm was fun to talk to. His cooked breakfast was delicious. We can’t wait to come back.

We stayed here three nights. We got an enormous room with a large sitting area, and an ensuite bathroom. The building dates to the late 1800s and is quite quirky. We were comfortable here, and it is a good base from which to explore a wonderful city. It was about a 25 minute walk to George Street, less to Water Street. It has easy parking at the church lot across the street, which is a real plus in St. John's it appears. Breakfast is provided on the third floor by Norm, who cooks to order, and entertains for free.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Heritage Roses. The experience was truly unique, with a spacious room that felt both cozy and luxurious, and a bathroom that was an absolute dream—modern, spotless, and beautifully designed. The breakfast was a highlight, with delicious dishes prepared by a highly attentive chef who made us feel so welcome. We can’t wait to return!
