喜來登飯店-紐芬蘭(Sheraton Hotel Newfoundland)

Efficient response to request, friendly staff. Good prices including breakfast. Convenient location

Personnel très gentil. Maheureusement pas de lampe de chevet pour chaque lit. Nous occupions une chambre avec deux lits double il aurait etait interessant d'avoir deux fauteuils et deux lampes par table de chevet. Aussi les Chaines disponible Sur le televiseur etait reduit. Dellus il fait payer 10$ de plus pour le stationnement en plus du prix de la chambre qui n'etait pas negligable. La chambre etait propre. Le Personnel était vraiment très symapatique et serviable. Nous avons aimé notre séjour. Merci beaucoup

Minor issues included Shampoo Bottle falling off shower wall at 3am waking me in a panic, hot tub temperature was set too low and the bed mattress was too much too stiff. The view remains a fantastic part of the hotels history, but overall needs an update to the 21st century.

Facilement accessible en voiture. Hôtel propre et personnel courtois.

Great location and views, amenities were great as well as staff and food. The only down, the hotel parking lot entry makes zero sense. If drive in to unload, there is no way out without going through paid parking area. It obviously a problem as there is a NO U-TURNS sign.

Check in on the 13th was excellent Dinner on the evening of 14th was superb the two gentleman servers were skilled professionals in their field - give them a raise this is a dying art form !! Room 232 was the quietest room I’ve ever been in!!

Microwave not stable on fridge, parking kiosks unclear as to guest use, reception desk talking too fast and unclear, coffee terrible. The only good thing about this place is it’s location and view - a lot of general inconveniences.
