3 Porthminster B&B

A delightful B&B. We stayed 3 nights at 3 Porthminster and had a lovely time in St Ives. The accomodation was fresh, clean and well presented. Our room was a good size with a comfy bed too. Breakfast was consistantly good, tasty and promptly served, plenty of coffee on tap too! We were greeted warmly by our hoast Lynn and she was attentive throughout and made us feel most welcome. We stayed for 4 nights at this friendly and quiet B&B just on the outskirts of St Ives. The great location is within easy walking distance of all the beaches , town centre , bus station and train station . Our room was modern and spotless with a good view over the town. They were also very accommodating with breakfast making porridge specially for our visit! Parking is on site too which is a massive bonus as so many places in St Ives do not have this.

This is a real gem. We had 2 rooms and we stayed for 3 nights. Room 1 has beautiful sea views and a big bay window with an armchair. Room 4 is on the top floor with a bit of a sea view but not as much as room 1. Both rooms were spotlessly clean, nicely decorated and really quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious too. The B&B is really well located - close to the station and the centre of town but far enough away from the really busy centre that it felt calm and peaceful.

We had a lovely stay at 3 Porthminster B&B. It’s in an ideal location, just 5 mins from the beach and town, with great views over the bay. The rooms are very clean and spacious, with everything you need and it’s easy to get top ups on tea, coffee, fresh milk etc. Free parking which is like gold dust in St Ives and Lynn is a wonderful host. Highly recommend!

A real home from home, spotlessly clean ,excellent breakfast and a lovely host to boot. We could not have had a more enjoyable and pleasant stay. With parking available which is a real must have in st ives you are guaranteed a stress free stay. Many thanks lynn for everything Paul &Gill
