I got the superior room with the sea view which was refreshing. The location is probably the best for the most part of a tourist- close to the city centre and bus station (for going to tourist attractions outside town which would be too expensive with a taxi) as well as very close to the harbour for the Condor Ferry (if you want to visit the other Channel Islands like Guernsey in same trip)

Location is Amazing .. over looking the Sea plus central to the city Center and bus stations .
I enjoyed my stay
My bed was clean
Sheet were fresh
Breakfast is great
Plus swimming pool and Gym
Definitely am coming back

Friendly staff. Clean and large sea view room with everything equipped. We also enjoyed the breakfast in the waterfront restaurant. The food was very delicious and there was variety of food. My family and I had a very pleasure and relaxing experience in this hotel!

The location was fantastic with views over the Marina and the little island with the Fort. The breakfast was good and the customer service was wonderful, we got our room upgraded due to an check in error made causing a delay. We were very happy with the upgraded room. The only thing that could be improved was the Spa treatments as there was only 1 person that did the massage and he was booked out during our weekend trip. More spa treatments should be made available with more than 1 staff member. Also the lady who did nails, manicure/pedicures was also not available during the weekend.

Breakfast bland , tasteless and cold. Not worth £13.No feedback given to us after we complained. Just had breakfast in Heathrow which was in our opinion far superior.
Building site next door and very noisy. Vans and signs on pavements outside hotel making it very difficult to walk outside of the property safely on the pavements. Having also to manoeuvre around cement mixers! We should have been advised of this when we booked.
All in all not a very pleasant experience.

Worst night sleep ever. Left half way through our stay had hardly anysleep. Complained to management about the poor quality beds, they just infomred us all rooms have been upgraded to these mattresses. They were not interested.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff , Ron had an amazing view - the only that lets it down is the spa area - very dated and run down - that was very disappointing . It did not match the quality of the rest of the hotel
