We enjoyed a comfortable one-night stay in a convenient location. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. The extra bathroom was great for us. Our apartment was on the top floor so be mindful that you need to carry luggage up the stairs. Communication was excellent when I mistakenly ended up at the wrong No1 Apartment block and had to call for directions.

Have stayed in several Premier Inns across the UK. St Andrews was well above average and the best we have ever stayed at. Adrian in reception was friendly and helpful. Our cooked breakfast was very good, served by a friendly and helpful chef, although unfortunately had run out of sausages. Next time, we'll try and get down earlier for breakfast! Overall this was a very good stay in a wonderful town and at £52 for a double room was excellent value.

Rufflets is a fantastic hotel, its location is perfect for trips into the town and has amazing grounds and gardens. The overall atmosphere is very homely and inviting, from the minute we entered we were greeted by Emma who made our stay most enjoyable. She was there for us whenever we needed her and we felt she was the foundation to our overall fantastic experience. The room we were given was perfect for our needs, with a new puppy recently joining the family, the easy access to the gardens along with the more isolated building made our pup feel perfectly at home. He was welcomed as much as we were and we felt at home bringing him into different areas of the hotel especially the bar. The bar was so cozy and quiet, perfect for us to sit and whine down for the night. Overall our stay was smooth and we had no issues.
