From check-in to check-out Seaton House was an exceptional experience. The room was not huge but beautifully adorned, bedding luxurious, food and beverages exquisite but the thing that stood out the most was the personal touch that every employee displayed. Truly an elite experience and worth every penny. When we come back to Scotland we will be staying here again without a doubt.

Absolutely the best service I’ve ever received at a hotel. The staff was pleasant, anticipating each and every need you might have. Very friendly helping with all needs you might have arranging things for you making phone calls, etc. etc. The breakfast each morning was perfect. The views were stunning and the bar extra extraordinary for a late night drink or cocktail. Rooms are very clean. Great showers with excellent water pressure. Many hotels have nice rooms, showers, etc. but I would say the staff here from the general manager down to housekeeping was completely remarkable. If you visit Saint Andrews, you should definitely consider staying at this remarkable hotel

We had a wonderful stay at Seaton House. It is a very luxurious hotel, perfectly located on the sea front and right next to the old course. We were greeted on arrival by the wonderful reception team and offered a glass of champagne on check-in. Our room had a lovely sea view and the bed was one of the most comfortable we have ever slept in! The complimentary drinks and treats in the room were a lovely touch. We had an evening meal in Ondine and the food was delicious. Breakfast was amazing too! The staff were very attentive and knowledgeable of the menu and wines. The hotel is beautifully decorated throughout with amazing attention to detail. We would definitely stay here again.

A special stay in the heart of St Andrews with an incredible beach front location. We stayed on a dinner B&B basis which included dinner at Ondine. On arrival valet parking took my car away and I was ushered to reception and handed a glass of champagne. Great start! The room was perfectly finished with a nice view over the garden and garden suites. And great little treats await you in your room! The staff were very attentive and friendly. The dinner at Ondine was so good we went back on the second night too! And breakfast was superb. It was the weekend of the Masters and the bar at night was such fun. Thank you to all for making it such a special weekend away.

Amazing new hotel! We stayed here as an alternative to the Old Course Hotel. The service was really above and beyond. The rooms were on the smaller side (we had a sea view room - not sure we needed 2 chairs?) but the bathrooms were wonderful. The front desk team (especially Alex and Hans) was OUTSTANDING. Everything from restaurant suggestions to the welcome champagne. They made us feel completely at home. The restaurant staff was attentive and helpful. And the location! You really can’t beat it! Beautiful views and a two minute walk to old course!! If you like a boutique hotel - this is wonderful.

This hotel was amazing. It is located very close to St. Andrews Golf course. The location is unbeatable. When we arrived, we were greeted warmly and offered a welcome drink. We were given a tour of the hotel before being taken to our room. The room I selected had an ocean view and the room was absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. We ate at the seafood hotel and it was delicious and the bar was welcoming and comfortable. The breakfast was included and delicious. We needed to make a local call to the car rental agency to make some changes and someone at the front desk called and took care of the issue for us personally. I would be hard pressed to find a better group of people and a better hotel anywhere. It was the highlight of our stay in Scotland.
