A very cozy place to stay. Loved the ambience the moment we entered the property. It’s like a home stay converted into a hotel so you won’t find the typical commercial dining area or restaurant at the premises. It’s a 2 floor villa with 4 rooms on each floor. The owner Nasir & his father were very warm & welcoming. You can definitely consider this property which is a lil away from the whole chaotic dal lake area, but still this property over looks the lake ….. The rooms are absolutely cozy & has 24hr hot water supply. Over all we had a lovely memorable stay.

Their facilities are just ok .we payed 3500 around per night and it is not worth it. Room no 202 has a bathroom door which is angled towards window and you have to squeeze into the bathroom .if you get the room at 1500-2000 or something, u might feel OK. But I would not suggest this place . It is more of a home stay but not worth the price I paid and the actual room is not at all good as it looks in pic. Dinner have to be booked in advance before 3PM. No much places around to get food and it becomes difficult.

Travelled here with two families and felt right at home , the staff was very kind and welcoming, nasir was especially kind and I would recommend this homestay to any person who visits srignar.This was really a very nice experience

Good place to stay if you are with a family. Room condition was good, wash rooms are little small but clean. Dinner area is good and scenic. Price is little higher although, but you will have a comfortable stay

Travelled to srinagar with family and stayed at Hillscape Inn after a recommendation. It was a great stay . Had a pleasant experience. Views are great and location is nearby Nishat Mughal garden. Breakfast was tasty and served timely

First of all it's not a hotel, it is a homestay. Not worth paying 5k+ per room per night. Patheticly slow service, very limited breakfast options (every day same. The owners behave as if they are doing us a favour by letting us stay. One time we had to cook our own meal as well. Utterly disappointed. We stayed here from 4th-7th april and then again on 10th april. We were not willing to come back and stay on the 10th but had no other choice as the hotel was not ready to give the full refund. In spite of agreeing verbally they denied when mm t called to confirm. Overall an average property with below average service.
