The staff is exceptionally helpful and cordial. Food was very tasty. Rooms well appointed. Beautiful furniture, curtains and upholstery. Nice view. Only takes 2 minutes by shikara from boulevard to the houseboat. Great value for money.

Lovely experience, great food, helpful staff! Must try their sandwiches! Staff is extremely nice, the place is full of warmth and great vibes, beautiful views of the dal lake and close proximity to various popular locations. Overall, highly recommended!

Right from transfer from our vehicle to the boat it went well. Tariq and team was excellent and took care of us pretty well. The food and ambiance was praiseworthy. All of us enjoyed the bonhomie . The shikara ride. Complementary was another great experience. We wish them all success in their endeavours

Extremely well decorated houseboat with all amenities and well behaved staffs. I stayed here with my parents for one night. The service was very good, rooms are comfy and a good size, the dinner was delicious and the staff even subscribed to a sports channel for me on the telly so I could watch a premier league game. Did not have a chance to sample the breakfast as I had to leave early for my flight home.
