The staff are friendly. We had a lovely stay. The breakfast was good.

We stayed in Room 5 , the painting was falling off the wall hanging at a angle,the bulb in the lamp on the desk the desk was broken looked like it hanged on a thread, The towles looked old, the tv had no channels to watch, the curtains weren't hung properly.. When I wanted to take a shower before our flight back to Fiji the water pressure was very low and I had a ice cold shower...Sorry but it was one of the worst places we stayed in our trip to SA

The hotel is aware of an electrical problem that some of the units experience, but instead of having a qualified electrician rectify the issue the staff are told to flip the switch on the distribution board until the power comes back on. The staff are not trained correctly on procedures, and there was no toilet paper in the room and no hot water in the morning to shower as they "thought the gas was full." No one bothered to check. The room was not cleaned the first day as they did not have a spare key and didn't bother arranging for the key. The next day after cleaning was arranged the sliding door was left wide open. The hotel has no concern for the safety of guests. When I sent an email they let me know they will not be refunding the stay.

The hotel has friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend this hotel, which is 15 minutes from the airport.

Staff were pleasant and helpful. Enjoyed our stay. Only problem was batteries for dstv and channels available, wifi awesome breakfast value. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Will be going to stay there again.

It is a great hotel. However, maintenance is lacking. Heater was not working on the second night. I was moved to next room. Thanks to the staff. Toilet was leaking all day in this room. It seems to me that maintenance is not on top of these important details.
