Asked if I could cancel but due to their cancelation fees it wasnt worth it so we stayed. Ironically they were 10 minutes late with our room being ready. They also charged 450 dollars extra from my account and refused to acknowledged they screwed up. Told me to contact my bank instead "cause they never charged that".( the expense said Hotel Vandivort...duh) Staff at the hotel itself were rude with a smile on Their face and again...could not acknowledge their mistakes let alone try to fix them. Terrible experience. However vantage rooftop bar and lounge was well worth it. Great customer service and amazing food and drink.

The rooftop bar is incredible. The food in the restaurant was outstanding, as was the service. Parking was really the only negative.

The rooms are starting to show their age. Lady checking us in was quick to cut us off when asking a question. Very weird layout on level 4. Getting off the elevators you are at the ball/conference room. Very confused look we received from the party in the room. Took us a minute to find signage for the room hallway. Bartender at night was awesome.

Every thing was great, except for parking and the veiw from the 3rd floor balcony was not the greatest.

Gettin’ our kicks on Route 66 Great time and a lot fun along with most excellent food

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Lobby bartendar makes wonderful drinks and the food from The Order is always perfect!
