Woman at reception was very nice. It was cheap. Black spots on walls and grout in bathroom was black. Wifi wasn’t working. Ceiling was on the verge of caving in. Bathroom door didn’t shut. Chair was missing a wheel. TV was from 80’s and only 3 channels worked.

When we opened the door to the room there was a smashed roach on the wall. there were roaches running around the room. IN THE DAYLIGHT. I immediately went down and checked out and asked for a refund. He would not give me one 'since I booked with Orbitz'. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Shower had a good and syeady stream of nice warm water. Easy to park a car. Good place to rest for the night. Room smelled like smoking but was advertised as non-smoke. Bathroom had a large hole in the wall and was spotty. Bed covers had holes in it, probably burned thru.

It is well located for visiting Swarthmore College, is less expensive than competitors, and supplies the bare essentials (though the internet was functional only in the office lobby). If you are looking for anything more comfortable (or in visibly better condition), go elsewhere.

The property was filthy! There were holes in the sheets and the carpet had a terrible odor that caused my allergies to flare. The carpet was stained throughout the room. I had to clean the bathroom myself. It appeared as if the facility is used for housing for families who are displaced.

Hotel is run down. Wi-Fi and TV did not work. Gave us the wrong kind of room and then argued with me when I stated it was not the right kind of room. Absolutely filthy. Chair was dirty, bathroom moldy, towels stained.
