The staff from reception to restaurant to cleaning were friendly and efficient. Highlights of the breakfast buffet were the fluffy scrambled eggs and olive oil roasted potatoes with fresh parsley - served by Chef Shah! The free shuttle to the shopping mall and metro train was convenient.

Nothing much to say about this place except that is in a very poor condition, not satisfactory, dirty and disgusting. Rundown hotel from all angels. Even the front desk at the time of my check-in was in one of the rooms, might be due to some work. Too expensive what it is !! Horrible experience and DO NOT recommend to anyone. Stay elsewhere if must be in the area.
This is quite possibly the ABSOLUTE WORST experience I've ever seen when trying to check into a hotel. There is NO excuse whatsoever to experience what we had to go through today when trying to check in. The Front desk person named Muhammed was INCREDIBLY disrespectful. We were in line to check in, but was dealing with someone that had some issue that seemed to be the cause of the hotel. Muhammed however decided to treat the individual like he was less than human. He treated whom I presume is the gentleman's wife like she was less than human. Muhammed threatened the individual very loudly and obnoxiously, he threatened the individual and his wife in front of everyone in the lobby, seeming not to care at all that he was representing the hotel. I've been staying at Marriott properties my entire life and under no circumstances would I ever imagine or witness something like this take place from an employee. I felt threatened. I felt unsafe and felt that ALL OF OUR LIVES were in danger because of the employee that was manning the front desk. I feel so incredibly sorry for the guest that we're trying to resolve their issue and felt the need to say something. I spoke with Muhammed, and he was EXTRAORDINARILY dismissive and disrespectful to me also. We obviously have chosen to stay elsewhere, and not sure that we will EVER stay at a Marriott property again.
