斯普林菲爾德Walmart Supercenter附近住宿

The hotel is an average property with below-average fees and customer service. The location is good, but there is little to offer here otherwise. The rooms are a bit dated. The showers are in bad need of new nozzles (4in round nozzles with half the sprayers stopped up). Elevators are being renovated and very slow. Absolutely no benefit to Diamond status here: no late checkout, no recognition, no upgrades despite plenty of availability, etc. Fees: $7 parking with no in and out privileges, $75 for late checkout, no water in room, $35+ for a room with a refrigerator (business class or suite only).

快速回顧:我帶一個女童子軍和他們的家人去斯普林菲爾德進行一次首都訪問,我們預留了4套大牀套房,提前4個月預訂了1套套房和3個其他房型。晚上7點入住的時候,我拿到了一把鑰匙,上樓打開門,發現裏面有人,我回去,又給了一個(空的)房間。另一間房間有一張拉動沙發,他們叫人拿牀單,但是牀單一直沒到,另一間房間沒有毛巾,叫人拿一些,他們被告知他們沒有了,另一間房間有人試圖在11點3次(帶鑰匙)進入,凌晨1點和凌晨3點,然後辯稱他們是在錯誤的房間“看我的信封上面的號碼”。顯然,誤派的房間是一個持續的問題,也是一個安全風險。早餐是由一位不愉快的婦女經營的,這讓我們許多人感到很難過小事,我要求1個盤子和3個香腸,我的2個孩子,我想要一個,我沒有看到浪費2個額外的盤子的意義,我不得不說服她讓我,我們都有點怕她,還有其他事例,所有小但加起來是一個糟糕的體驗。它們本身都是比較小的,但是當我們在上午比較筆記時,我們可以看到這家酒店有一些嚴重的操作問題。如果您要去首都,位置很棒,但要注意,酒店操作不好,我覺得工作人員的意思不錯,但是他們在執行上缺少了。傢俱很好,但是牀也不太好,我絕對不會再住在這裏。還有頻繁的火車(喇叭聲)......這真是一次奇怪的經歷。

酒店雖然比較舊但是很乾凈，房間寬敞，門口就有麥當勞，red lobster，不錯！

I booked my room through the Hilton app and checked in as soon as possible, when I arrived I was told the room I booked was not available and my only choice was a more expensive room. When I expressed disappointment I was told they were very busy and there wasn't anything that could be done, they could not charge the originally agreed on price for the room. I was sad and frustrated. The room was OK, the bathroom had a sour damp smell, but the bed was comfy At checkout Brian ( Shout out Brian!) apologized for the price change and quickly adjusted my bill to the original price!
