Me gustó el concepto de departamento muy privado es muy buen precio lo que no me gustó es que yo estaba en mi habitación y llegó el gerente y abrió mi puerta sin mi consentimiento pasó y revisó el baño la única explicación que me dieron es que tenían inspección estatal de el hotel creo que hubiera estado mejor si me hubieran avisado con anticipación que tendrían inspección en pocas palabras no me gustó no tener mi privacidad

Las instalaciones del Hotel, no son lo que ofrecen en la pagina de *******, ya que las habitaciones son muy descuidadas en el aseo, ya que tenia demasiadas cucarachas en la habitación y algunos artículos rotos, que no dan la seguridad de autorización el deposito de garantía, porque las novedades que se presentan al momento de recibir la habitación son varias

Ne jamais aller à cet Hotel. Les photos ne sont pas représentativent. La qualité et la propreté des installations est horrible. Nous sommes partie une journée avant la fin de notre séjour.... plus capable.....

I was very disappointed with this stay. The room was very dirty. I spent good money on two rooms and I felt as if I wasted my money. Looks as if the haven’t cleaned in months. The stair case has steps with nails sticking out!! I had no time to search for another hotel due to soccer schedule with my daughter. Did not feel like pleading my case with the hotel management. When I was checking in they were already on the phone with someone else complaining. I should’ve taken that as a hint. Ugh

This property is not a regular hotel property, the rooms are used for permanent residence rentals and there was trash and couches sitting in the walking areas. The rooms did not look like any of the rooms shown on the site, they were very old looking and they had a weird smell when you walked in. There was no remote for the TV and 2 of the lamps did not work. My cousin found a roach in her room and the water was not hot in either of our rooms. Very disappointed because the rooms or hotel does not match what is advertised.

Two towels for 3 people for 5 days - I had to go buy towels, the office did not have any more. One fork for three people for five days. Had to go buy plastic cutlery. No cable on the television, only three channels available. The freezer made so much noise, our three-year-old could not sleep. Neither could we. The oven did not work, ruining our dinner plans. Office staff wanted nothing to do with providing any type of customer service. Not one dish, towel or dish cloth, they advertise a full kitchen, but it is stripped of anything and everything. Not usable. Heat did not work, we froze. A cockroach crawled across the nightstand as we watched from our bed. Ran out of toilet paper, had to buy our own. Interrupted twice by the fire department checking the fire alarms. I awoken the three-year-old from nap. Front desk is of no help at all, they literally hide from you. Breakfast, raw, sausage, hard scrambled eggs, inedible. I cannot believe this is a Wyndham resort.

This is a Welfare Hotel. Was awoken at 7 am by school bus honking for kids. Cars stopping by at all hours of the night (very creepy). The room was gross, noisy (Fridge sounded like it had just taken off from the airport), and the bed should have been thrown out years ago (lopsided and horrible). The furniture was Goodwill vintage and quality, the majority of staff did not speak English, the managers at the desk and a maintenance. worker did provide good service.

The floor was a little sticky but other than that the room was fine. I did not feel safe due to the area and other guests.

The furniture was sticky, the lampshades and the fixtures look like they had rust. The furniture had a wierd residue. For the kind of money spent I recommend staying at the doubletree up the road. The sink smelled something awful and the second floor shower had something brown shoot out of the shower head. I don't recommend staying here at all. It's a great property but they need a lot of TLC and renovations. The rooms were not cleaned properly at all.
