Large, comfortable house in Spring Hill
Had a great, comfortable stay at this full house. House was clean and well provisioned with comfy bed, couch, and great appliances in the kitchen. Host was communicative.and gave clear check in/out information.

Downtime
We were making a cross-country move and needed a reasonably priced close place to land at the end of very long days of packing and cleaning out the home. This place fit the bill. It was clean and spacious. April provided detailed information about the home and was responsive to our questions.

This pool house in Spring Hill is the perfect home base for your trip. With 2 bedrooms including a king bed and bunk bed, plus a cozy living room with a sofa bed, this place is terrific for small groups or families. Enjoy amenities like WiFi, a washing machine, and AC during your stay. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs (limit 2 total).Dog fence MUST be cleaned up or $200.00 additional.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Please make sure all blinds are closed, lights are off and doors are locked upon departure.
