舒適套房飯店(Comfort Inn & Suites Spokane Valley)

I've stayed at several different places in the Spokane valley area. This one's the most convenient one to my daughter's house and the staff is amazing. The hotel is actually pretty nice, they do a great job with it. I'm just really not a fan of the colors 😂. This is the place I stay most of the time when I go to visit my daughter. Sometimes I have no choice but to stay other places. But this is my preferred.

The staff was friendly all the time, the maintenance, housekeeping, front desk, they all had a smile. There was popcorn in the lobby at all hours and the 5yr old loved that. The pool/hot tub/work out facility was clean and open 24hrs. The room was clean and spacious and there was a minimal amount of noise in the hotel and surrounding area.

Good location just off the I-90. Very smooth check in, staff member was very efficient and friendly. Room was very large and had good amenities such as a good size fridge and a microwave. Room condition was good but bathroom could use a little updating as looked a bit tired compared to the good condition of the room. Breakfast exceeded expectation - with a good variety of hot and cold food and beverage options. Again, all staff were friendly. Parking was straightforward with what appeared to be ample spaces.

The staff were pleasant. The hotel bed was extremely bumpy and the matter was cover would bunch up in the bed once a person moved. I will not be staying at this hotel again. $180 for 1. Ight is a lot to pay for mediocre comfort.

WOW! This hotel is a sleeper (pardon the pun). It appears to be average in the pics, but is excellent for someone who is concerned about safety, cleanliness and convenience. The breakfast is always fresh (and included in price). Coffee wasn't the best. ( I use coffee as my g.p.s. to guide me through the day:) The appearance and layout of the hotel is comforting. We travel a lot and have come to the conclusion that a great hotel is like a good pair of shoes ...you generally don't notice them unless they are uncomfortable. Just a thought! Great hotel! Will definitely return.

Very clean, comfortable beds and linens. Love the staff. Very nice breakfast with many options to choose from. This was our second stay at this property and will definitely be staying again when we're back in the area.

This is a good choice for a hotel. Although the pool was under maintenance while we were there. The bathrooms are dated namely the toilets. Updated elongated bowls would be such an improvement. The staff were friendly and the breakfasts were good. Thank you

Mike at the front desk is AMAZING!!!! He engaged with my toddler during breakfast and made our morning so much smoother. Every business should strive to have employees like Mike. This place is nice, he makes it that you would want to keep coming back. Breakfast was also delicious!

Everything was fine. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were great. The only thing that disappointed us was the pool not being open.
