Enter your unique door code into the smart lock at the front door, and you'll be warmly greeted by the living room with large smart TV, gas fireplace with remote, coffee table with games, and comfy chairs and sofa. One sofa is a sleeper sofa for guest use. Past the living room, you'll find the dining area with adjacent kitchen and patio. A half bathroom on this level sits right next to the interior door to the 1-car garage. Guests may use the garage, but we do not provide a garage door clicker. Please use the controls mounted on the wall. All 3 bedrooms are all arranged up a flight of 16 stairs, along with the laundry room. The primary suite boasts a king size bed, walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with shower and tub insert, dual sinks and large vanity, more than enough room for more than 1 person to get ready for the day. Between the primary suite and the other two bedrooms are a laundry room with counter space for folding, an ironing board and iron, and laundry essentials provided. There is a common bathroom with shower and tub insert, single sink and vanity. Shower essentials are provided, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap. The other two bedrooms each have a queen bed, night stands with reading light, closet and south facing window for natural light. Due to allergies, we do not allow pets at this location. Not even for a day visit. While most reservations go through without a hitch, we understand that sometimes things happen. We want to offer our guests the best and most price-effective option for those incidents that we hope do not occur. We found that damage deposits can be costly, frustrating and we don't want to hold any of your hard-earned money 'just in case'. This fee is nonrefundable and should be added to your reservation at checkout. If it is not, we will contact you to process payment for this charge. This fee pays for protection through a third-party company and covers property damage that may occur during your stay. After booking confirmation, you have the option to purchase third-party travel insurance for up to 14 days prior to your stay. Please reach out via message if you're interested in travel insurance.
