The Davenport Grand, Autograph Collection

Tony was a wonderful front-end for us, family if 4 who drove a long way from Livingston, MT and we were exhausted after such a long travel. She upgraded us without even showing i was a premiere marriot bonvoy. I think she provided such a warm welcome for us that was a perfect advertisment for a city, spokane, that eas otherwise just thought as an intermediate step on the way to seattle. Wr are thinking about coming back. L

Great service great food nice

Second time staying here and it was an awesome experience as expected. We saw a musical right across the street at the convention center and had meals and drinks and places nearby that were easily walkable. This hotel is in a super convenient location with big rooms, very comfortable beds, great service, super easy access to the garage. Just overall a fabulous place to stay.

The property was great, however I have been there several times and the parking has always been validated as a guest. The lady who checked me in was very unfriendly and didn't even bother to tell me what room I was in, or any direction until I asked. Not the best service for such a high quality hotel. Might look elsewhere next time we are in town.

We love this hotel and have stayed here many times. Cant say enough good things. I loved the decorations for christmas. Couple of items, if a room is reserved for 4 people, it would be great to have 4 towels (somehow we always get 3). Also the pillows are very thin. But thats being picky, overall this is a great stay!
