You will have your own PRIVATE balcony with views of the park right across the street. This apartment is on the 3rd floor , stairs only no elevator. Suited our needs very well. Beds were comfortable, which is always an important consideration for us. Host was responsive. Close to downtown and lost of restaurants and shopping in very close proximity. Overall we were very happy with the rental and feel it was represented well by the host's description.

Excellent location, clean, comfy beds! Excellent location in Spokane. Close to everything—safe and clean. The beds were superb, condo was well stocked and communication with host was excellent. 5 star rating!

Spokane Stay Our stay was great. Location was good and the condo and amenities were as advertised. The location was convenient and there were many options available to dine very close to the Condo. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay!

Very nice, quiet place to stay in the city Very nice, well kept condo in Browne's Addition, the most historic area of Spokane! This urban neighborhood has a lot of character, and it's fairly safe. Pretty quiet too considering it's in the city. Great restaurants and nice grocery store within 2 blocks. Some of the best pizza, and Italian food you'll ever eat! Parks, museum nearby as well. Easy parking on the street in front of the building. Only suggested improvement I would recommend to the host would be to replace some of the pots and pans in the kitchen. Some of them are pretty rough. Other than that, everything is stellar! A lot of thought and care went into the preparations making this property into a VRBO. Excellent location for someone wanting to explore the area!

A wonderful weekend My daughter and I had a lovely, relaxing stay at this apartment. We sat and talked and talked on the balcony. All was very clean and well cared for. We walked two blocks to the Saturday morning farmers market which was fun.
