Castle Cottage is located in the heart of the beautiful village of Spofforth. Our little Gem is only a 10 minute drive away from Harrogate and a few minutes from Wetherby. We have the wonderful Castle Inn pub a stones throw away. We also have Spofforth Castle ruin run by English Heritage. Spofforth Golf course for a quick round. Miles and miles of walking spots from the doorstep. There is a regular bus service to Harrogate, Wetherby and Leeds. The local train station is about a 10min drive away. The cottage comprises of a front cottage garden with table and seating. To the rear we have a secure garden for small dogs and seating. Inside the property is a lounge / dining area, separate kitchen. One king bedroom on the ground floor, one double to the first floor and a single / double also on the first floor, bathroom. About pets:Pets allowed.We allow one pet only.About checkOut:Check out before 10:30 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 2:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 18.About events:No events allowed.

Lovely cottage The cottage is very comfortable and has been beautifully furnished. It was perfect for our short visit and we hope to come back again to enjoy the house and the local area more.

Long weekend stay We’ve been before and loved the cottage and its location. We enjoyed eating at the Bistro and drinking in the pub over the road, literally out of the gate and across the road. Great location for visiting Harrogate. Thank you

Perfect little paradise House was perfect - set in a very quiet and peaceful place a stones-throw from a good shop and an amazing pub. House itself was spotless and perfect for what we needed - beds were comfortable, shower was great and we had everything we needed. Check in process easy and the parking was also great. Can’t fault it at all. Thanks so so much - we will be back x

Absolutely Perfect What an amazing house absolutely perfect in every way, beautiful clean gorgeous decor, the beds were so comfortable. Amazing location with a beautiful pub across the road, Knaresborough and Harrogate so close. Would definitely return.

The best VRBO property we have stayed in! We had a little mix up with the numbers for the lock box, but it was no worries at all, because we had prompt and efficient replies from the host.Clean and comfortable, directly across from the Castle Inn where we had a divine meal.

Comfy convenient accommodation Very good location for visiting both Harrogate & York 👍. Lovely accommodation, very comfortable, exceptionally clean. Located in a very nice village with a great local pub, good food & beer.

Perfect!!! We loved our stay so much. Perfect location with everything you need a walking distance away. Host was wonderful and amazing at communicating. Highly recommend.
