博班豪華套房飯店

The room does not have a sea view. This is not like a hotel, more like a villa, the security of it is not very high, as it has 2 entrances. The entrance from the pool, anyone can access it without a problem. The swimming pool was quite dirty, it has a lot of bugs floating, and also it has not been regularly cleaned by the staff. It has a lot of restaurants nearby, and the quality and the price are better than those tourist meals in the old town. The lift was broken on the first day, second day they informed us it is fixed. But it still has a little bit sudden sinking issue. I guess Croatia does not have regulation of fix term lift checking, as it does not have any certificate in the lift inside/outside. If the hotel showed 3 stars and the price is lower. I would rate The right side of the balcony has a big tennis field on the 2nd-floor level, it is very close, and it was quite annoying that people can look over easily. The suite does not worth 4 stars. The rug is super old, it has some stains on it. The Front door lock is looking new, it is safe, but some electricity installation was not installed properly, it looks like you can pull them out easily. The Electric Safety box is not working with the password, the hotel left a key in there for use. Breakfast arrangement is well managed for guests with early tour, they could arrange breakfast box including 1 fruit, 3 breads, and 1 yogurt at 06am to 07am.

We zagen er echt naar uit na een lange rit , want de naam zegt het zelf, luxury suites, maar dit was het alles behalve, onze kamer was op het eerste zicht wel ok, maar de airco blies alsof het een storm op zee was, ook druppelde hij op de grond, in de hoek stond een mierendoosje , enkele uren later waren ze daar !!! Ook een soort van veranda aan de kamer maar de luifel kon niet naar beneden dus een sauna ongelooflijk, de dag nadien mieren overal op onze bedden, opgestaan met een 20tal beten,(mieren of bedwantsen ) dan de mensen van de receptie gehaald want die geloofden ons eerst niet, ontbijt was heel sober en heel erg proper was het niet zowel de kamer als de lobby, Dan verhuisd naar een "penthouse", tot aan de 3de verdieping een lift , de rest met de trap, en de dag nadien lift kapot dus 4 verdiepingen naar beneden met 3 zware koffers, maar hulp, dat zat er niet in !! Penthouse was redelijk maar ook niet de naam waardig , binnenregen via het schuifraam, bruine strepen langs de airco, de buitenkussens beschimmeld, maw, daar zien ze ons zeker niet meer terug !!!
