Rien à redire ! Excellent accueil de Frane qui m'a fourni un plan et beaucoup d'informations utiles. Chambre nickel, très propre et bien équipée, bonne connexion internet. Très bien située en plein centre-ville. Prix très raisonnable (sur cette période en tout cas : 40 €)

Our room was in a nearby building, which was itself, along with the property- a bit neglected. That said, the owner was great on communication and very helpful. Room was freshly re-done, clean and well provisioned. Location is excellent. Would stay here again

Great place! You're a 2 minute walk from all the action but the property itself is like a quiet oasis. The room we were in (4) was nice and shaded, where we were shocked how warm it was outside. The shower was excellent with good pressure. And Frane was a great host. I don't like giving 5 out of 5 reviews usually as they're not constructive,but anything less would be a lie. Thanks Frane!

Very involved owner. Gave me recommendations re; sights, restaurants, tours before check in. Also checked on the property when I was gone. Discovered I had left door slightly ajar, and locked it. Highly recommend for service, condition of room, location and price.

A lovely studio in a great location. Looks exactly like the photos. What more can I say. We were met by a friendly and welcoming host who was informative and helpful. The room is a spacious converted attic with plenty of windows, a patio door and a private balcony. Inside, there is an ensuite with a large shower, hand basin and toilet. Towels are provided. The room has a kitchenette, equipped with everything you’ll need, a small dining table, a sofa and beds. There is a TV but not many English channels. The apartment complex is secure and accessed via a lockable gate leading into a courtyard with outdoor seating. All windows have blackout blinds and the apartment had a very cold aircon unit. Location wise - it’s perfect. Literally minutes away from the bustling side streets. 10 mins to the sea front. There are plenty of super marks and food places within minutes of the apartment. It’s close enough to walk to everywhere but tucked away for it to be peaceful in the evenings with no noise. Would 100% recommend

Very nice property close to the old town and all tourist area, very nice and friendly property manager, extremely helpful. Nice restaurants and cafe close by.

The hotel was in a great location in Split. It’s only a 5 minute walk to the main area. The room was large, comfortable and clean. We went to Bosnia for a few days and the host let us leave our large case at the hotel. This saved us lots of effort and time. He couldn’t be more welcoming. We would defiantly stay here again.

overall good stay. Owner is very flexible and very friendly in general. Just don't check out 30 Min to late (like me) because then he gets very angry! :D
