很安靜 但是uber比較難叫這個城市 得提前叫

Très difficile d accès à cause de l immense chantier bruyant et poussiéreux juste dans la rue devant hôtel!!! Vue sur des grues,accès remblai impossible. Plage publique certes proche mais quel décor. Très loin de la vieille ville ,aucune animation dans le quartier vu le chantier. Inadmissible que les agences proposent cet hôtel. Climatisation affreusement bruyante c est le pompon !!!!】

The whole avenue between the sea and the hotel is going on a major construction project. It is obviously a planned project by the government or major developer. The hotel should have been informed way before the construction started. However, the hotel mentioned nothing. Just imagine if you wanted to have a relaxed beach holiday but found out that instead a huge construction site was right in front. How devastating it would be ! The staff said the outside situation is out of their control. I agree but they should have informed the guests. He said there were guests’ reviews online talking about the construction. They are not trying to hide anything. But hold on, how does it become the responsibility of the guests to tell others about the situation of the hotel? Who is charging a room for €280 a night with a huge construction site in front ? The construction will not complete until 2025, hopefully summer. Check carefully before you book the hotels on that road. Plus, there are other better hotels in that location. No need to go to this one.

There is a big construction site in front of the hotel, which stretches out for at least one kilometer in both directions from the hotel. Both the road and beach in front of the hotel are completely under construction, and this will last until 2025. This hotel is more expensive since it is a beach front hotel but at the moment there is no beach at all in front of the hotel. We payed extra for a see view room which is now a construction view room. The hotel didn't do anything to compensate this. The room itself is average but the airco is very loud so it is impossible to sleap at night with the airco on. The shower is in the bath tub but the shower panel doesn't close well so the whole bathroom gets wet when you take a shower. The breakfast is very disappointing. Very limited choice and the food is of poor quality. The staff doesn't restock during breakfast so if you go one hour before closing time of the buffet there isn't even some toast left. Overall this hotel is not worth the price.

Great Hotel and brilliant location and facilities. Only problem was the beach construction opposite and along the entire beach road. Fully trained professional management and friendly staff. Hotel facilities were good. Nice room. Breakfast was good. The road to the hotel from the west was blocked due to a large beach construction project (boardwalk?). So taxi will drop you a few hundred yards from the hotel because they can't get any closer. You will need to walk with all your bags the last stretch to the hotel. The sidewalk is ok. Road to the east is open, you need to tell your taxi/uber driver to come in from the other direction (from the east) to drop you right at the hotel. Uber's GPS apps don't show the blocked road, so you need to advise your drivers. Also that construction project extends to the beach in front of the hotel. So you can't walk directly from the hotel to the beach due to construction fencing. It might be nice when all the construction is done.

Fanat offers great spacious rooms and very helpful stuff. The restaurant offers a fresh pasta scampi with truffle sauce - loved it! Double thumbs up for the restaurant chefs and service crew. Special thanks to Dina and the Fanat crew in helping me make a celebration of ours a memorable one - hats off to the Fanat family!

his hotel was conveniently, situated close to the beach. Great for an early morning swim. However, away from the city centre in a quieter area. The rooms were luxurious, well appointed and kept scrupulously clean. Had a great night sleep as the hotel was quiet and the bed was really comfortable. The staff were helpful courteous and looked after us very well. The breakfast was excellent with a wide range of items on the buffet. Also had an excellent lunch here. We would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel, and indeed staying there again ourselves.

多麼愉快！乾淨、寬敞、安靜等等等等等等你還能要求什麼。早餐很棒，工作人員非常專業和友好。絕對要求海景。我們肯定會回來。床很舒服，很需要。浴室超級乾淨而且很大。我唯一的缺點是電視沒有英語節目，但這並沒有從這家酒店帶走任何東西。

多麼棒的住宿地點。靠近主要城鎮。海邊的飯店。很棒的員工。第一天，當我們找不到計程車時，經理姆拉迪維奇把我們送到了我們的旅遊巴士站。他非常友善。管理層一定為他們的員工感到自豪。美味的食物，很棒的溫水游泳池和桑拿浴室。非常感謝你們讓我們住得舒適。我們會再次拜訪您。

Vedran 是酒店的優秀大使，非常樂於助人，非常熱情。接待員樂於助人，非常友好。老實說，所有員工都很可愛。我們是 1/2 食宿，早餐有很多選擇。我們有幾個晚上在這裡吃過飯，食物非常好。如果你想在陽光下休息一下，室內游泳池很棒。我們使用優步去老城區/渡輪碼頭/購物中心，甚至特羅吉爾，因為它讓我們遠離熱浪。該地區主要是酒店、一家大型藥店和一家 Tommy 超市，距離酒店只有幾分鐘的路程。海灘就在馬路和停車場對面 5 分鐘。非常適合浮潛，記住沙灘鞋是鵝*石，水是如此清澈！！！！一些海灘咖啡館供應小吃或晚間飲品。酒店是一個很棒的花瓶，可以探索美好的假期。

令人驚嘆和友好的工作人員。尊重我們在 covid 之前所做的預訂，沒有任何問題。房間大小適中，每天都有人打掃。海灘和大海的美景盡收眼底。在外面的露台上吃早餐，一晚在酒店餐廳吃了一頓美餐。安靜的區域，可以搭乘優步前往斯普利特。
