Concierge service and housekeeping were excellent. The manager was exemplary in every way and she made sure guests were always well attended. The breakfasts were a bit behind compared to other departments with some elements such as homemade smoothies and excellent yogurt and kefir absolutely terrific. The hot dishes were not as perfect but were serviceable.

Excelente Hotel en Split Croacia, El Edificio fue totalmente reciclado y todo tiene olor a nuevo.- Detalles de categoría resaltan a la vista, La atención es suprema, tanto desde la recepción como del desayunador que ademas es super completo y muy Gourmet.- Ubicado a escasos metros del centro histórico donde encontrarás restaurantes, bares y negocios comerciales y puedes recorrer a pie.- La limpieza es sobresaliente.-

Hermoso hotel muy bien ubicado Hermoso hotel, fantástico bufete de desayuno. La gerente es fantástica hace todo para que uno la pase bien.

Hotel situado a pocos minutos del centro caminando. Entre las cosas mejores: Situación, habitación amplia, buen buffet de desayuno en un comedor con varios ambientes. Entre las menos buenas: haría falta por lo menos otro ascensor para evitar esperas excesivas, la nevera del minibar metía mucho ruido dificultando el descanso (habría puntuado mejor a este hotel de no ser por ese detalle).

Avoid this place!! The hotel Is old and the rooms are like a disaster! The furniture are from the sixties, the bed are uncomfortable like sleeping in the floor , I ask for a memory foam and they gave me mattress coverage that doesn’t make any difference! The internet is weak , you have to be in the lobby ! Breakfast ok! The only thing good is the location! Close to the old city

We were booked for a residential suite, which was very spacious, nicely decorated and with a robust A/C. Unfortunately, the toilet broke on the second flush, and we were told that because the hotel was fully booked we would have to move to a junior executive suite. That room was terrible. In addition to the off-putting shower located inside the bedroom, the furniture was worn out and so badly stained that we were afraid to sit on the chairs. The A/C was also so underpowered that it might as well not have been there, and we were too hot to sleep that night. The toilet, on the other hand, flushed with such exuberance that the toilet water splashed out onto the floor. Luckily for us, they fixed our original room and we were able to move back into it the next day. Breakfast is nice and is served in a nice, relaxed setting. We would give the residential suite experience four stars and the junior executive suite one star.
