Excelente Quem vê cara, não vê coração. Quando cheguei , não me agradou a aparência antiga do prédio. Mas, ao nele ingressar, deparei-me com um staff extremamente polido, prestativo e atencioso, que nos dispensou toda a atenção necessária, indicando as principais atrações da cidade, os principais passeios e fornecendo as informações necessário. A prestatividade já começou antes mesmo da hospedagem, pois nos foi enviada mensagem por WhatsApp indagando do que necessitaríamos e indicando a exata localização do estacionamento. O hotel fica no terceiro andar de um edifício sem elevador, mas houve a prestação de serviço de transporte das bagagens quando da chegada e da partida. O hotel se assemelha a uma pousada familiar, fazendo-nos sentir como se fôssemos hóspedes de uma família. O hotel tem ótima localização, de onde é possível acessar as principais atrações a pé.

It's fantastic smaller hotel, with great hosts. Just few steps from the city center and few steps from beach. Rooms are very beautifull, new, modern with some historical touch, very very cosy and clean. Beds are just perfect. We had really tasty breakfast. What is also important if you get with a car, private parking place is available just infront of hotel. Everything was perfect

La tensión excelente del la Sra y el Sra excelente muy amable de resolver todo , la limpieza impecable excelente , el lugar de ubicación privilegiado El costo de la habitación en relación sobre comentario que mencionado , muy bueno debería decir que revive una calificación por quien escribe de 9,5 / 10 puntos . Un hotel para recomendar y pasarla bien , Ellos siempre están resolviendo lo que vos quieres , eso valores buenos son muy importe para un turista extranjero ( como anécdota quería comprar unos veladores el Sr. me indico donde comprarlos , me mando al lugar indicado que resolví mi deseo )

The location was great, and the staff's hospitality was wonderful. Especially Ivana, who checked me in and gave a great explanation of the city layout, as well as good dinning and site seeing suggestions. They communicated well and promptly to help me easily locate the property and check-in. The room was clean and well appointed as advertised.

Absolutely fantastic hotel! Hotel location is perfect, less than 5 mins walk to the Old Town and the beach. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. Always checking to see if we need anything. They reached out to me by whatsapp after I booked online and offered to help plan exursions etc. They are very friendly and helpful. They let us leave our luggage in the hotel after checkout as we had a night flight. When we got back to the hotel, they had loaded our luggage into their taxi and drove us to the airport, allowing us to use their bathrooms to freshen up before hand. The hotel was immaculate. The room was very well presented, and the bathroom was great with the jacuzzi bath, twinkling lights on the ceiling and even a built in speaker that plays relaxing beach waves! I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return if i am in Split again.
