For shared use: park 17 ha with flowers and trees, meadow, beautiful garden to relax, courtyard, natural pond. In the house: washing machine (for shared use, extra). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 12 km, restaurant 12 km, bus stop "Tribsees" 10 km, sandy beach "Dierhagen (Fischland)" 45 km, outdoor swimming pool 1 km. A very beautiful park-like complex with lots of nature and tranquility. Apartment is new, modern and just perfect. One is very quickly in Stralsund, in Rostock, on the Darss, very centrally located. We were thrilled and will be back.
