Das Hotel liegt ganz malerisch an der Elbe. Das Hotel besticht durch eine sehr geschmackvolle und liebevolle Einrichtung . Jedes Zimmer hat einen eigenen Charakter mit Bildern namhafter internationaler Schauspieler. Man fühlt sich sofort zu Hause! Der Service ist sehr aufmerksam und lässt fast keine Wünsche offen. Wenn man das Haus z.B. zum Wandern verlässt bekommt man an der Reception Wasser und auch Stärkungsriegel angeboten. Das Frühstück war gut aber nichts besonderes. Wenn man doch relativ spät kam, war z.B frisches Brot in entsprechender Auswahl nur noch sehr begrenzt vorhanden. Die Bar ist auch sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, die wir jeden Tag auch nutzen. Jedoch negativ war, das z.T. schon 21.45Uhr uns mitgeteilt wurde, das es jetzt das letzte (Fass)Bier gibt und 23 Uhr die Bar schließt. Eigentlich für dieses Haus doch sehr zeitig, obwohl am Eingang bis 24Uhr geöffnet ist. Für diesen Hotel eigentlich nicht so richtig zu akzeptieren. Deswegen gabs auch einen Punkt Abzug. Aber trotzdem allen in allem ein tolles Hotel zum Wohlfühlen und wir kommen auch gerne wieder!

This is a great hotel in small town of Spindleruv Mlyn, walking distance to Medvedin and Snezka hikes. This hotel is located right by the city center and river, with several restaurants and bars close by. Front desk was super friendly and let us check in earlier than listed, they even escorted us to the room and offered free sherry and chocolats. Loved the personal touch! Parking lot is located right by the hotel for fairly cheap price. Breakfast buffet was amazing!

Excellent hotel 4 stars but feel like 10 stars. The room is very big They knew we were celebrating our birthday and they decorated our room with baloons and chocolate The staff is very nice and willing to help Breakfast was amazing Every time we left the hotel we got water and sanaksanak

Schöne Zimmer, nette Ambiance, sehr freundliches Personal, Wellnessbereich klein aber fein, Das Restaurant hat eine gutes Speiseangebot, Zubereitung erstklassig, die Weinkarte ist hut assortiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder im Winter.

We had a great time at this hotel and was actually sad to leave! We stayed in a family suit and it was spacious and had everything we needed. The staff were also friendly and helpful. The kids playroom can do with a bit of an update but apart from that it was great. They even posted some of our forgotten belongings back to us. Restaurant and breakfast was also really good, as well as the service. Would happily return!

Ein phantastisches Hotel mit einem erstklassigen Service. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommen und nett, sie lesen jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab. Eines der besten Frühstücksbüffets. Sehr sauber, alles unglaublich ansprechend gemütlich und doch modern ein sehr gut gelungener Mix!
