"The location is good. However, the room I was given smelled extremely of cigarettes. I asked for another room. That one didn't smell, however there were big silverfish in that room. When I left my used and dirty towel on the floor to get a new one (as the instructions in the room say), the same towel was folded and offered as "new". I got back late that night and only realised after already having taken a shower, so I ended up not being able to use a towel. The breakfast, on the other hand, was quite good."

"我基本上很快的入住–房間整體很乾淨,服務在接待處很友好。但是有兩個點讓我總體印象不安:• 室被了,需要清理。• 更嚴重的:我離開後,我已收到了一份我最瞭解的未引起的損害,我覺得這方面的通不滿意,除了客人友好之外,都不夠了。我連接都沒有,但我現在正面臨取消(首先沒有賬單)。我不能判斷這是否是個案,但我希望鼓勵其他客人特別注意入住和出入。"
