"We had booked months in advance and relied on the good reviews. Our room was in the upper floor without lift. The first impression of the hall was a little smooth (with points on the tape floor and on the walls). The room appeared old baking/ come in the years, but this is not the reason for our bad review. We had day and night 28-30 degrees in the room, without air condition, without ventilator. When we opened the windows to cool in the night, it was so noisy that you could not only sleep because of the heat, but also because of the noise, in addition to the sticky decorations. The cleanness of the room was absolutely deficient. From a glass on the floor in the corner, where the previous guest probably had caught a animal, to large cookies, paper and huge dust clouds. The bath was old and quite calcified. In general, our room was old and absolutely not cleaned or maintained. When we checked out after one night and were not even breakfast (although we booked 2 nights), nor was it asked why. This shows that there is probably no big service idea here.
