This hotel was excellent for a family trip to the Strong National Museum of Play. It's right across the street so the location can't be any better. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and modern. The gym was well stocked and the pool was nice though definitely too shallow if you were hoping to do laps. Breakfast was delicious and had a great selection. We really have no complaints, especially for the price. Recommended!

Modern, clean and conveniently located to Strong Museum of Play. Easy check-in and staff were responsive whenever we needed something. Parking was easy. Breakfast was delicious. Would definitely return!

A mini weekend getaway for a visit to the museum. Everything was absolutely perfect for our family weekend. Breakfast was a good selection, pool was very child friendly and perfect for my toddler. I was able to get in the water with her with out actually getting totally wet. Hotel was very clean, the water spouts on the ice machine were very convenient. And best of all the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. This is the perfect hotel for families, especially if you are visiting the museum.

Love how there was free parking and great selection of breakfast items. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The best part was that the hotel was conveniently beside the Strong museum (1 min walk to entrance) which was great travelling with kids. The shower pressure was a bit weak, but didn’t bother us that much.

Stayed at this hotel because of the strong museum next door. I really liked that I can take a mini break mid-day at the hotel and return to the museum again later in the day. The hotel was nice and clean. We felt very comfortable and safe. the only con was the parking lot was a bit small but they have an overflow parking. The breakfast was amazing- waffles, bacon, eggs and all the spread!

Great hotel. Great staff. Convenient shuttle service to Blue Cross for events. Modern. Clean. Nice pool with separate elevator that leads right to it so you don’t have to walk through the lobby in your swim suit lol. Decent breakfast with options. Buffet style. Overall experience was two thumbs up.

This is the second time we have stayed at your property and both times we were on the 5th floor and while our overall stay has always been very pleasant, the water pressure in the shower has always been incredibly poor, both times. I never complained because I felt there was probably not much you could do about it. If you fixed that problem you would get an EXCELLENT from me.We will most likely be back because we love the area and it's convenience to the where our son goes to school,University of Rochester.Third time is a charm.

Brand new hotel so it’s new and clean. We checked in at little after 3pm and we’re asked to wait for our room. Not ideal especially when we needed to get ready. Then another employee comes up and says oh no, we do have a room. Shower was barely warm and not powerful at all. Alright breakfast buffet style. Customer service was meh.. average at best
