Booked a room that was not available. Now listening to fighting over who is sleeping on the pullout couch. I could of booked the same accommodation somewhere else for $50 cheaper.

Super friendly staff. Everyone I encountered, not just any single person, but everyone was very friendly and went out of there way to make you feel welcome.

We stayed here due to it's proximity to the interstate and easy access to downtown. There was nothing about our stay that detracted from our experience. Staff was super friendly and hospitable, room was clean and comfortable. Fitness center was well-appointed with fitness machines in excellent condition and clean!

The hotel was really nice. The perks for staying here was nice. The room and bathroom are both spacious. Breakfast was also nice and the kitchen staff was helpful and cheerful every morning. Front desk staff were helpful and was happy to know we get free waters during our stay!

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean and the free coffee was delicious! I would stay here anytime I have to attend things downtown. It’s close enough to Uber downtown but far enough you aren’t in the craziness!

Very comfortable beds!! Room design was perfect for travelers. Convenient location not too far from airport. Staff was all very nice. Best shower design, the knob is on the opposite wall making it easy to adjust temperature. Would highly rwcommend. Hot breakfast was available until 10 am. If i HAD to think of a negative, the only thing i can say is there was no hot tub, just a pool (cold). Hotel is wonderful! Plan to return when have early flight.

The service was top-notch. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean. Their breakfast was good with variety. The bar and food was also nice. We will definitely stay there again.

The staff was incredibly welcoming, polite and friendly.. (a rare trait these days) The room was clean as a whistle and well stocked. No complaints here. We will definitely make this our new "go to" when visiting the Westside of Indy.. We absolutely recommend

We were in town for the Big Ten championship game and needed a nice place pretty close to Lucas Oil Stadium. This hotel lived up to the 9.6 rating. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and staff was attentive. Great stay for a good affordable price.
