This beautiful 3-acre property, once the Swisher Farm, is today a working homestead, with dozens of chickens and a large garden. This quiet oasis is located within the city of Spearfish.The rental portion of the farmhouse includes two rooms which have been recently remodeled. The white door in the kitchenette is permanently closed to homestead employees so there is no fear of surprise visitors - however you may hear us working in the basement of the house and will certainly see us outside as it is a working homestead!Granny Flats is located in the old small-farm area of Spearfish, which used to be known for it's fruit and vegetable production.
