A true 5 star hotel and amenities! We started our trip there and we loved it so much we will be booking the end of our trip there! Truly a breathtaking hotel!

Très bel établissement dans une excellente situation pour visiter Mystras.Grandes chambres confortables et très bien équipées, au calme et avec une clim efficace.Petit déjeuner fabuleux mais restaurant 'chic' très décevant pour les prix pratiqués. Il vaut mieux opter pour la restauration autour de la piscine.

Somewhere where everyone takes pride in delivering friendly, professional and good quality service. Great facilities in a lovely location, all well maintained. Good for families, romantic breaks for couples or oddball father-son pairs who are visiting nearby ancient/medieval ruins. We faced a situation that the hotel helped hugely with which made a difference to our holiday.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The service was impeccable from every staff member and went the extra mile to ensure they met your needs. The rooms were great and quiet. The onsite restaurant is excellent indeed. Breakfast options were plentiful. Highly recommend spending a couple of nights here if you are travelling around Greece.

Wonderful stay and facilities. Rec9mmend as a base to explore the region but also ro spend some time in the hotel. I would visit again.

This resort has a lot of potential but definitely seemed a little rough around the edges. It seemed like there wasn’t enough staff to maintain a property of this size—large parts of the grass were uncut on arrival. The pools and facilities were clean and well maintained. The staff often seemed to be trying to do too many jobs at once, however, and one evening this resulted in a dinner where it took over 40 minutes to get a menu. The food itself was mediocre. Due to COVID-19, there was no coffee maker or tea kettle in the room and they charged 5 Euro for a mug of tea. While I would likely not stay here again, the resort may outgrow some of these disappointments.

The hotel and facilities were amazing, also, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The only thing we found was that ordering form the pool bar was a little slow to receive both food and drinks but this wasn't a major issue outside of this, the plac eis fantastic
