We (2 adults) booked for Sunday lunch in Feb 2024. We had one roast beef and one roast pork. Servings were generous and plenty of gravy provided. A nice selection of side vegetables were provided too. My only qualm is my beef could have been a bit rarer, but that is a personal taste thing. We finished with a sticky toffee pudding and an apple crumble, lovely in the colder weather. Staff were attentive but not overbearing. It would be nice to have a drinks menu offered and somewhere to hang a coat, but those are minor details that don't detract from the overall experience. A very pleasant lunch experience

Terrible stay noisy damp and very uncomfortable service very really bad and very rude , room very dirty avoid!! Wouldn’t stay here again if you paid me !! I’m so very disappointed and upset wouldn’t recommend this place too anyone

Delight to have found this magnificent Manor House for my overnight stays when I’m doing business in the south. It is stunning. Full of luxury, character and history. The whole place is on a grand scale. From the bed to the shower head (and everything in between) it oozes quality. It’s as nice a room as I’ve EVER stayed in. Breakfast was sensational and staff catered for my particular requirements without hesitation. To top it all Welbeck has its own 9 hole Golf Course which, as a keen golfer who needs a LOT of practice, played right into my hands. This is a glorious place to eat, drink and rest and I cannot recommend it highly enough. I clearly benefitted from a mid-week deal as the quality of the place is clearly worth considerably more.

Very good service excellent location Polite staff and friendly, willing to help with as much as possible 😀 😊 👍 , Good around any situation you have ie extra toiletries towel , hair dryer, drinks for all occasions, a proper service and excellently location for any occasion 😀 x

My review is for the golf course. I've played here countless time over the years, but not for a few years. The usual great views are a treat but unfortunately the course just isn't in great condition. Various greens really poor with large brown/damaged patches, and what seems like little effort to keep it looking nice. For £17 a round I'd expect better. The building is however done really nicely, that's v smart.

I took my mum for afternoon tea to celebrate her 86th birthday, absolutely blown away by the quality of the food and service, Karen could not do enough for us, was really lovely, exceptional customer service skills. The location is stunning, beautiful views.
