Stay away if you can. The manager there Priya was awful towards us as we complained about the hotels services. She then to annoy us made a series of false allegations of damage and demanded cash payment of £180 to settle. She would not provide a receipt for it!. I said I will be raising this with the hotels higher management and she said there is no higher management and you have to deal with me. REALLY DISAPPOINTED!

Stayed here in room 118, no heating that worked, freezing cold, was given a small fan heater that did nothing to warm the room up. And!! It gets worse, the toilet was blocked and full of someone else's crap! Went to reception to report this and it was deserted and in darkness. I had to pee into a bottle I had with me as the rank toilet was unusable. No plug for the bath either. I've contacted the hotel and heard nothing back from them. This place is disgusting. If I could give a minus score I would. AVOID!

Man on desk very nice gave us upgrade on room.very large room.clean and warm.nice towels.big car park.ideal for what we needed a over night stop to break our journey.no problems very good soundproofing didn't hear any noise would stay again

Really clean rooms, friendly staff. Easy parking. Had a really lovely weekend break at this inn. Room was immaculate when we got there and there was complimentary tea and coffee available. Had a small tv in the room, which was ideal. Beds were really comfy. Can't wait to go back

Worse hotel ever, do not use. This hotel was used to house illegal immigrants. Find somewhere else to stay that’s not a money grabbing chain. Definitely not safe to use now, food terrible, it smells of damp, the whole vibe of the hotel ruined now.

The cleanliness and smell in this hotel is awful after housing illegal immigrants for many months/years. Rooms, interior and outside the building needs updating and lots of repairs and replacements needed. Wouldn't stay here again. It was ok a few years ago, its severely gone downhill. Not recommended

Arrived early at the hotel, sat in car park which was not a promising start. The barrier was ripped off and the barrier holder has been smashed up. The carpark was overgrown with weeds and looked like no maintenance had been done on it for some time. Ok we might have been early 3pm but the car park was also empty making us feel unsafe for us and our car. We changed our minds about staying and has driving out there was no lights on at the hotel and looked derelict and not open. Thankfully we found somewhere much better and cleaner. Cannot comment on the room has had said we didnt stay
