I had a wonderful stay at APEC Mandala Hotel. The facilities were excellent, the room was beautiful, and every aspect of the hotel exceeded my expectations. However, what truly made this stay unforgettable was my butler, Dương. I arrived at the hotel feeling very unwell, and from the moment I checked in, Dương went above and beyond to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. He anticipated my needs before I even had to ask and genuinely cared about how I was feeling. His kindness, warmth, and attentiveness were unlike anything I’ve experienced at a hotel before. Not only was he incredibly professional, but he was also so friendly and funny. We were constantly laughing together, and he made me feel completely at ease despite travelling alone in a country where I didn’t speak the language. He never made me feel isolated. instead, he made me feel looked after like family. When I needed to withdraw cash, Dương personally took me to the ATM. Then, when I realised I’d need more than I’d originally withdrawn, he happily came back with me without hesitation. It was such a simple gesture, but it perfectly summed up his willingness to help with absolutely anything. The moment that really showed how exceptional he is was when he messaged to ask if I needed anything. I had fallen asleep and didn’t reply. Rather than assuming everything was fine, he actually came to my room to check on me because he was genuinely worried about my wellbeing. That level of care is incredibly rare and meant so much, especially when I wasn’t feeling my best. Dương didn’t just provide excellent service, he showed genuine compassion. His kindness, patience, and generosity transformed what could have been a difficult trip into one I’ll always remember for the right reasons. He is a true credit to APEC Mandala Hotel, and I sincerely hope the management recognises what an extraordinary employee they have. Thank you, Dương, for taking such wonderful care of me. You didn’t just make my stay better you made it unforgettable.

酒店環境温馨，房間空間大，佈局合理；衞生乾淨，無異味，床品柔軟；工作人員友好，對孩子耐心；周邊配套全，出行便利，適合帶娃入住，體驗滿分！

Amazing！很漂亮的度假村，在MuiNe絕對算是Top級別，風景優美，有自己的私人沙灘。入住的時候會翹一次鑼，很有儀式感，工作人員Hang非常友善，歡迎茶火龍果茶也很好喝，每天開夜床送的小吃也很好吃，早餐豐盛且驚艷。定了Hanh Cafe的車離開，可以讓酒店幫忙聯繫大巴公司來接，這一點做的很好。

這家酒店完全滿足了我們所有的願望。寧靜、平和、自然、乾淨的海水、美味的早餐、友善的員工。我甚至認為它離美奈主街很近也是一大優勢，因為我們這次的假期並沒有變成購物。我們出去吃午餐或晚餐。對於需要放鬆和寧靜的假期，我推薦這家酒店。每天都有清潔服務，每天都會送茶、咖啡和水，晚上還會有童話故事和蛋糕。

很棒的酒店：大片綠地，維護良好，游泳池很乾淨 - 周圍的一切都很乾淨。非常美味的早餐！水果、烘焙食品、湯、蛋捲、煎蛋、優格、果汁。肉類菜餚、米飯、義大利麵、香腸、蔬菜。所有的桌子都已擺好，所有東西都已清理完畢並上菜完畢。工作人員很友好，很周到。 15:00 至 16:00 在海灘酒吧提供茶、咖啡。您可以購買蛋糕或糕點來搭配茶。海灘雖小但很乾淨。早上海浪很小，但到了午餐時間海浪變大了。唯一的缺點是海灘上沒有足夠的躺椅；有些是在早上拍攝的，午餐時間就可以享用。當有波浪的時候，你可以躺在泳池邊游泳。我們住在一間平房裡——一切都很乾淨，床單每隔一天更換一次。毛巾每天更換，沙灘巾晚上更換。飯店內設有多家咖啡廳、商店和按摩院。我推薦這家飯店👍

1️⃣泳池是真的很美👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻適合來打卡拍照📸的小姐姐，而且有好幾個。但是最近要下水的記得挑下午太陽大的時候，目前還是有點冷的。 2️⃣性價比真的很高，房間挺大，窗口就能看到海景，非常美。 3️⃣吃的話我沒有去逛過，因為樓下雞翅飯真的太好吃了我連着吃了3天哈哈哈哈哈 ❗❗❗重點是服務真的很好，去的時候就有管家接待，有任何問題都會幫忙解決，最後走的時候還幫我訂車，還帶我去等車，真的服務非常好，非常適合出國經驗不多的朋友選這家酒店，來這躺幾天，享受一下躺在海邊曬太陽的旅途😝😝😝

酒店新開的，服務跟不上，早餐超難吃，品種少，屬於網紅酒店，可以拍照，泳池裡超多沙石，搞不好容易受傷。房間居然一張台都沒有的，如果在房間裏辦公就非常不方便。重點來了，酒店就在仙女溪的出海口，沙灘是見過最差的海灘，沒有之一

從頭頓回來後，我們再次入住這家飯店。可惜的是，23樓的房間已經訂滿了，所以飯店幫我們安排了另一棟10樓的房間，同樣可以欣賞海景。 但這絲毫沒有影響我們對這家飯店的印象。

酒店新的，環境很好。就是房間有點小，位置相對比較偏。主要接待韓國人。大部分工作人員中文不太行。 衞生：做的比較到位的。 唯一的槽點就是小童的早餐比較貴，每個人要350k，兩個娃收了70萬，有點破防~
