Right at the end of a ten days stay. Really lovely place. We stayed in room 7052 and it was cleaned quickly and efficiently each day. Beds really comfortable. Beach area kept clean and beach bar staff helpful and friendly. Lunch time pizza man a bit grumpy lol but lovely pizzas. Mahmood the bar man really kind and polite. Chokri the concierge really helpful nothing too much trouble. Bar staff in the hotel very helpful and remembered our orders easily. Would have been a 5 out of 5 but the buffet restaurant is chaotic, tables not turned around very quickly. Not enough staff to cope. Most mornings had breakfast in reception area where there is a smaller selection but always tables and great service. Also worth noting, security on entering the hotel is excellent. We plan to be back next year 😀

酒店靠近火車站和老城，交通方便。員工服務不錯。房間寬敞，但設施一般，與五星級標準有明顯差距，房間設施最多四星。下水不暢，毛巾舊了，隔音也不太好。不過價格便宜。

This Hotel is just one of a kind, Starting from the warm check in being welcomed by a Gentlemen called Youssef who sat with us to inform is about everything around the complex on arrival was just a different experience from any other Hotel I’ve been too, The Bar Staff Hazem and Fedi never Stopped being so professional and good hearted at the same time, food was such a wonderful experience, we just felt such comfort at any time and every given place.

我會給你個人意見,關於我看到和住在酒店裏的事,不是4星星 我真誠地說,我來到這裏,我找不到游泳池,沒有蓋,也沒有外面的,這很令人失望,早餐我以前的大學的餐廳看起來像是 只是公寓租的 所以沒有豪華

Lovely hotel, staff are ALL excellent, friendly, helpful and always go out of their way to make you welcome. Always greeted you with a smile and a wave! Rooms are spacious and fitted out lovely, although some areas could be updated/renewed, it didn't distract from our stay at all. Beds are very comfortable and pillows are comfy. Rooms cleaned every day, towels changed every other day , not sure about bedding. Special mention to the maid, very helpful. We were on the third floor and had a lovely view of the garden, we paid extra for a sea view , and although the sea was just visible through the stunning garden landscape it wasn't worth paying extra for. Food is delicious, something for everyone, A huge selection to try! (a firm believer if you're in a foreign country you eat their food! Pointless having burger and chips hey!) Only 'complaint', and it's not really a complaint more an observation, would be to have a better selection of serving spatulas for the desserts as the tongs supplied squashed everything and left things messy, you couldn't 'cut' a slice of cake , had to hack at it. Also to supply spoons near the desserts not just the other end of the dinning hall where the soup was! But on a huge positive note the desserts were just FABULOUS!! As was all the food! A special mention to our lovely waiter at breakfast and lunch! The location of the hotel is good for reaching other areas and taxi's , just watch out for the pricing of fares! Best agree before you get in! And a big thing to watch out for is the men who will approach you and state they work in your hotel, they recognize you, they'll be extremely friendly!They'll take you to the 'government retail shop/brother's shop/ proper retail outlet etc, they're very good at sucking you in and making you spend all your money!!!!! We booked trips through our hotel and had a brilliant time with excellent driver and guide. Bar staff were brilliant! Remembered your tipple and brought it to you! The entertainment staff were very friendly and encouraged you to take part but not too pushy, they always spoke to you when they saw you. The entertainment itself was so so the best being the Arabian evening!!

作為五星級酒店來說這個價格確實挺美麗的，不滿意的地方就是訂的兩個單人房的牀不是大牀而是兩小牀拼一起的，這種對家庭適合而對一個人住的就不妥了，要求換大牀被推脫，游泳池健身房的服務也不好，需要浴巾都沒有，房間總體來說還是不錯的，比較周圍的五星級這酒店的價格是最棒的

我在酒店住了5天。一切都很好,工作人員很棒。娛樂團隊很棒的熊貓malik和amin表演很好。食物😋特色突尼斯🇹🇳房間很棒,乾淨,我們認爲我們可能會再來。
