Wij zijn ontevreden. In eerste instantie schrijf ik geen negatieve reviews, maar er was geen persoonlijk contact of antwoord op mijn mail. We betaalden 400€ voor 1 nacht op een familiekamer met hondje en 4x ontbijt. De foto’s deden vermoeden dat dít zijn prijs waard was.. helemaal niet dus. Donkere, verouderde kamer. Schimmel of de voegen.. terras is gewoon een doorgang. Het dakterras niet onderhouden. Een minibar of plaats waar je iets koel kan houden hebben we ook gemist. Het ontbijt was wel tip top.

We booked a room in hotel La Reine and went for a day racing in Francorchamps. We returned around 20h and booked a table for 2 in the restaurant. A menu is only possible on Friday and Daturday with a starter and a main course. No problem. We wanted to order the cote a l’os for 2 persons but it was only possible to order it with a starter. We chose the croquettes aux crevettes and then they present us the only available cote a l’os in main course available of 1,3 kg (650 gr each !!!) at the price of € 10/100gr . We asked for some less because we had already the croquettes aux crevettes as a starter. We had both a piece of meat instead that you couldn’t cut with a knife, let’s say you couldn’t even chew in a couple of years. With the complain the simple answer was we had to ask for another better knife !!! Incredible mistake ! We don’t understand the mentioned Gault Millault review ! Quality below zero !!!

I would definitely not recommend this hotel. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place, please. It has a misleading style of selling breakfast, very poor service and staff that is incapable of solving simple problems in a reasonable way. I bought breakfast in advance. Just upon arrival they told me it started at 8:00. I had to check out at 7:15 because of a cycling tour. The service after the incident was very poor aswell. The receptionist was thick and blunt. I had to email the manager myself. The manager didn’t want to refund me. Payed 180,- for one night. And 18,- for breakfast.

Super sympathiek hotel met meer dan voldoende faciliteiten. Mooie propere kamers. Parking aan democratische prijs. Ontbijt OK. Zeer vriendelijke beheerders, die er alles aan doen om de gasten het zo comfortabel mogelijk te maken.

Hôtel très bien, chambres nickel, les patrons ne lésinent pas sur le chauffage, accueil très sympa, quant au restaurant, juste topissime 👌je recommande, de plus la formule hôtel-restaurant est très agréable

Hôtel correct et propre mais pas d’attention aux hôtes : pas d’eau en chambre, 0 produits de soin, couette très froide pour la saison, emplacement de parking payant … alors que nous avions une suite supérieure. Rapport qualité prix vraiment pas au top.
